The Quality Guarantee
We take immense pride in the health and aesthetics of our plants. While natural variations occur in all living things, we work exclusively with premium suppliers to ensure your selection meets our high standards.
On-Site Verification
To maintain the highest level of service and plant health, all customers are required to inspect their plants and accessories at the exact time of delivery or installation.

Acceptance: Once a delivery is accepted and our team leaves the site, we consider the order fulfilled to your satisfaction.

Immediate Rejection: If a plant or accessory does not meet your expectations, you must reject it on the spot during the delivery process.

Condition: Any rejected items must remain in their original packaging; we cannot offer resolutions for plants that have already been repotted.
Refund Process
Should you choose to reject an item at the time of delivery, the refund for that specific product will be processed within 10 working days.
Exclusions & Limitations

Change of Mind: Due to the delicate nature of transporting live plants, we do not accept returns once the delivery team has departed your premises.

Custom Orders: Returns and refunds are strictly not applicable for custom-manufactured GRP pots.

Long-term Care: We cannot accept responsibility for issues arising from external factors, such as airborne pests or environmental diseases, beyond 7 days post-delivery.
